Assistant Manager, IT

Responsibilities:

• ConductsystemauditstoensurecompliancewithIToperationalstandards,collaboratewithsupportteamstoaddressissues, and report findings to Line Manager

• OptimizesystemremotemonitoringwithSOCCanddeliveryteams,prioritizecriticalalerts,anddevelopimprovedmonitoring solutions for better reliability.

• Facilitatecapacityplanning,ensuringthoroughreviewsandaccuratereportsbysupportteams,andprovideoversightand support for future growth.

• Participateincontinuousimprovementinitiatives,focusingonautomationandresourceoptimizationandtoenhanceefficiency and adapt to evolving technology and renovation needs.

• RepresentingITOperationsinprojects,ensuringoperationalrequirementsaremet,facilitatingsmoothhandoversand integration with daily operations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years of relevant experience on IT systems administration, including Data center operation, technical supportanddrillmanagement,ofwhichwithatleast2-3yearsprovenexperienceinITOperations management

• ExperienceinsupportingVMware,SAN storage, DCIM (SNMP/ModBus/LoRaWan), Telemetry Gateway, Dynatrace,ServiceNow or multi-vendor cloud platform etc

• Certification in relevant technologies e.g. MS windows / RHEL will be definitely advantageous

• Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills

• ExcellentcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglishandChinesewithknowledgeofPutonghuais an advantage

• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
