Responsibilities:
ConductsystemauditstoensurecompliancewithIToperationalstandards,collaboratewithsupportteamstoaddressissues, and report findings to Line Manager
OptimizesystemremotemonitoringwithSOCCanddeliveryteams,prioritizecriticalalerts,anddevelopimprovedmonitoring solutions for better reliability.
Facilitatecapacityplanning,ensuringthoroughreviewsandaccuratereportsbysupportteams,andprovideoversightand support for future growth.
Participateincontinuousimprovementinitiatives,focusingonautomationandresourceoptimizationandtoenhanceefficiency and adapt to evolving technology and renovation needs.
RepresentingITOperationsinprojects,ensuringoperationalrequirementsaremet,facilitatingsmoothhandoversand integration with daily operations.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years of relevant experience on IT systems administration, including Data center operation, technical supportanddrillmanagement,ofwhichwithatleast2-3yearsprovenexperienceinITOperations management
ExperienceinsupportingVMware,SAN storage, DCIM (SNMP/ModBus/LoRaWan), Telemetry Gateway, Dynatrace,ServiceNow or multi-vendor cloud platform etc
Certification in relevant technologies e.g. MS windows / RHEL will be definitely advantageous
Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills
ExcellentcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglishandChinesewithknowledgeofPutonghuais an advantage
Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
