This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager, IT in fulfilling the team functions, in particular in supporting the enhancement and extension of IT systems.
- Act as a network team representative to liaise with different IT and non-IT teams and actively participate in solution engagement, design, review, planning and delivery based on the existing infrastructure architecture, providing solid and practical solution for project deployment
- Act as a Project Manager to manage IT systems enhancement works, especially on network infrastructure installation, testing, commissioning and skills transfer
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure quality implementation and on-time delivery
- Provide network support on 3RS projects development works, and manage enabling contractors for configuration alignment and integration into 2RS network infrastructure
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrade of related IT equipment, including AI tooling support and enhancement
- Provide first and second line support to network infrastructure, including but not limited to routers, switches, load balancers, firewall devices as well as DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (DDI) and network monitoring tools. Preparation and implementation of firewall /ACL configurations as well as joint testing with other project teams and / or vendors will also be necessary. System support and ad-hoc technical assignments during non-office hours may be required.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Professional certifications in Network, Information Security and Project management is a plus (e.g. CCNP, HCIP, PMP, etc.)
- Cisco CCIE or Huawei HCIE certified is an advantage
- At least 6 years IT network experience in which at least 3 years experience in Network Operations, Solution Design and / or Project Management related disciplines
- Expert knowledge in data center network (SDN) LAN and Wi-FI, internet, Cloud and IT security
- Solid experience in deploying routers, switches, load-balancer, firewall devices, AI tools, etc
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage
