Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality | Contract & Vendor Management
Central West
$4,000-$6,000/month

Contract & Vendor Management
. Manage outsourced service contracts across the Group Hospitality portfolio, including Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry and Portering Services
. Monitor vendor performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs and service standards
. Drive service providers to meet operational requirements and stakeholder expectations
. Oversee contract governance, performance reporting and documentation
. Ensure proper records are maintained for accountability and audit readiness
. Manage service gaps, performance issues and corrective actions with vendors
. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and workplace safety requirements
Operations & Stakeholder Management
. Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for operational improvement
. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational issues
. Support budgeting, procurement and financial management activities
. Optimise resource utilisation while maintaining service quality and value for money
. Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience
. Support team development through coaching, engagement and knowledge sharing
