Job Accountabilities
- Perform month-end accounting procedures, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial data analysis
- Prepare and analyse expense reports for management review
- Assist in preparing expense budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support decision-making
- Assist with the implementation of effective financial controls and procedures
- Provide support in liaising with external auditors and other external parties
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- CPA qualification is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Insurance, financial services industries
- Big 4 audit experience in financial services is preferable
- PRC exposure is advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong Excel skills highly preferred, with other data management skills advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
