Assistant Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (Temp) HDCA

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise risk management frameworks and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyse emerging risks, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in preparing risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and management review.
• Monitor risk indicators and support tracking of mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote effective risk management practices and governance standards.
• Provide support for risk-related projects, reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline and above.
• Experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, audit, or related functions will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with data analysis and reporting tools.
