Accountabilities
- Drivetherevampanddigitalization of C&B workflows,identifyprocessoptimizationopportunities.
- Participate in reviewing and formulating C&B policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and support business needs.
- Conduct HR research,internal/externalC&Bbenchmarking studies.
- Handlefull spectrum of C&B operations, including payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration, employeebenefitsand expatriate management.
- ManagevariousC&B exercises includingpay trend survey,budgeting,salary review&bonus distribution, insurancereviewand other projects.
- HandleHRIS updates,maintenanceand enhancement.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministrationor related discipline
- Minimum 5 years'experience in C&B, preferably withsolidMNCbackground, including expatriate tax managementin particular PRC.
- Solidtrack recordinrevamping andimplementingC&Binitiatives, policies,systemsand projects
- Strongnumericsenseand analytical,detail-oriented, self-motivated andability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.
- hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Excellentcommunication skillswith goodcommand of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
