The Job

• Work closely with business partners to promote the products, and to identify/develop business opportunities with other untapped partners

• Achieve business target as assigned by the business head

• Share best practices with team members to improve team synergy and business quality

• Penetrate relationships with existing partners to improve both Life, medical & CI products

• Coordinate with internal parties and communicate with business partners to ensure cases are handled smoothly

• Formulate and execute marketing plans and activities with business partners

• Monitor the persistency rate of the IFAs/brokers

• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the business head from time to time

The Person

• Degree holder with at least 4 years experience in sales and marketing in which 2 year or more are preferable to insurance brokerage business

• Good marketing skills and result oriented

• Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent spoken and written skills in English

• Provision in Mandarin would be an advantage

• Pass IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5
