Job Responsibilities

  • Establish good relationship with brokers & IFAs in the market to promote image of the company brand in this field

  • Implement strategy plans set out by Senior Manager to penetrate appropriate customer segments via brokers / IFAs to drive a balance product mix and to reach personal production growth target

  • Pay regular visits and arrange product briefing / training to the brokers consultants whenever deem appropriate to establish our business relations and to maximize new business opportunities.

  • Proactively communicates with brokers and other internal departments starting from new business submission till policy issue to deliver good business results.

  • Enlarge the total number of contracted brokers and motivate the scale to eventually develop to core and major core business partners

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate with 4 years relevant working experiences with at least 2 years in managerial capacity

  • Have insurance sales experience will be an advantage

  • Good understanding of the brokerage market

  • Outstanding presentation skill

  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
