Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) (several posts) in theLKS Faculty of Medicine(Ref.: 533924) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3 years work experience in the higher education sector or of a related field.They should be competent communicators who have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate their team members to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.An excellent command of English and Chinese; a high level of interpersonal, organisational, time management and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT knowledge are essential.Experience in undergraduate programme management would be an advantage.

The appointee will play a versatile role at the frontline in handling the operation of a range of tasks, including management of undergraduate programmes, assessment, curriculum revisions, quality assurance and regulatory compliance, as well as provision of student-centred services in teaching and learning.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.Applicants who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 533643) need not re-apply.
