Job Descriptions:

  • To support priority agency-related initiatives like Product and customer offer, special service offer
  • Inform, remind, and follow up with agent to address execution gaps, surge demands and available dashboard, FYC, club membership and MDRT status.
  • Deliver critical, outside steady-sate BAU operations
  • Support Zone in agency business planning activities

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 relevant years of experience
  • Good knowledge of insurance sales & business development opportunity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong in customer services and highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and time coordination to cater for ad hoc request
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated with good professional presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Lesser experience will consider Senior Officer
