Accountabilities
- Act as the focal point to provide end-to-end HR account services to HQand Regionaldepartments in Hong Kongand overseas.
- Handlefull spectrum of HR functions with focuses on talent acquisition, induction, staffmovementand relations managementin Hong Kong offices.
- Work closelywith overseas HR teamsand HQ Management on daily HRservicescovering headcount management and HR life cycle staffing mattersin overseas offices.
- Coordinate annual exercisesincludingannualheadcountbudget,salaryreviewand bonus distribution etc. with C&B teamand Management.
- Administer HRIS and prepare various HR management reportsandanalysis.
- Support in various employee relations initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministrationor related discipline
- Minimum 5 years'experience inHR Account Servicing, preferably withsolid MNC background withregional/international HR exposure, in particularHong Kong,PRC,USAand theUK.
- Strongeinterpersonal and communicationskills, detail-oriented, self-motivated,andability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.
- Goodcommand of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
