Manage assigned customer accounts, including customer relationships, forecasting to the factory, inventory management, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
Support sales activities with existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable collection from customers.
Be willing to travel in the region to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
Help the Sales Manager with preparing sales reports.
Be open to traveling overseas, especially to India and Indonesia, to explore new business opportunities.
