Assistant M&E Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Liaise and coordinate with M&E Consultants, design consultants, engineers, clients and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate M&E and building services requirements with the project team.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality and compliance with applicable authority requirements.
• Identify and advise on M&E and building works interfaces to minimise coordination issues.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish design deliverables and submission requirements.
• Review design deliverables with consultants and engineers to ensure completeness and compliance prior to submission.
• Attend to technical clarifications and assist in resolving technical issues, including the development of method statements.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably with experience in M&E works.
• Experience in managing design and construction interfaces for transit or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
