- Process orders received from sales or customers for APAC customers
- Liaise with respective parties
- Consolidations of orders to the best possible extent
- Follow up on orders and shipping documents for on time receiving and invoicing and sales recognition
- Liaise with warehouse for the most cost-effective order preparation, to meet customer requested date
- Sourcing of the most cost-effective transporter and forwarder to fulfill customers orders timely
- Coordinate incoming import Isotanker port clearance and delivery to customer to avoid port demurrage
- Evaluate and monitor the transporter / forwarder performance
- Timely and accurate GRN for real time stock status
- Provide shipping documents to customers, prepare insurance for each shipments
Requirements
- At least a Degree in Supply Chain or related fields
- Experience in chemical Dangerous Goods (DG) / is a must
- Experience in Logistics in Chemical manufacturing, import/ export, LC, direct liaise with freight forwarders
- Knowledge in ERP System (either SAP or Oracle)
