Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of retail premises
Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
Requirements:
Degree holder
Minimum 4 years experience in retail leasing with major developers is preferred
Good networks with potential retail tenants and real estate agents
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer
