Assistant IT Manager

Job Description

Lead and manage the IT, software development, and Smart Factory project teams.

Manage the development and integration of ERP, MES, WMS, APS, IoT, and other digital systems.

Oversee system integration, API development, databases, dashboards, and digital platforms.

Support Smart Factory automation and connectivity between machines, production systems, and enterprise systems.

Lead Digital Twin and other Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Work with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver IT and digital projects.

Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical guidance, project updates, and recommendations to management.

Keep up with new technologies and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, software development, system integration, or Smart Factory.
• Experience in ERP, MES, WMS, IoT, automation, or other digital systems will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of system integration, databases, APIs, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in managing IT or software development projects and teams.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, and emerging technologies.
