- Support and coordinate regional HR operations, meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes, policies, templates, and workflows.
- Consolidate, analyze, and manage regional HR data, including headcount reporting, workforce analytics, and management reporting.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews, salary benchmarking, and HR data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and coordinate regional HR projects, talent development programs, training initiatives, and HR system enhancements.
- Support succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, HR governance standards, and regional HR policies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and provide administrative and project support to Regional HR leadership.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related discipline
- 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
