This role leads strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness across the region, ensuring the organization is structured, resourced, and aligned to deliver business priorities. Working closely with business and finance leaders, the role drives data-driven decisions on workforce forecasting, organisational design, and capability deployment to optimize cost, productivity, and long-term workforce sustainability.
Strategic Workforce Planning & Workforce Insights
- Lead end-of-the-end workforce planning, including FTE forecasting, capability planning, and workforce optimisation
- Develop workforce models and scenarios to support business growth, transformation, and cost optimisation
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations based on data, trends, and business priorities
- Identify workforce gaps and drive strategies across hiring, redeployment, and capability building
People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop and leverage workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and governance
- Translate workforce data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
- Partner with HR and Finance to align workforce metrics, reporting, and planning assumptions
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Lead organisational design initiatives, including structure optimisation, spans and layers, and operating model improvements
- Drive effectiveness of matrix organisation structures across the region
- Ensure optimal deployment of capabilities across functions and geographies
- Support organisational transformation and restructuring initiatives, Foster a high-performing, collaborative team.
Partnership & Workforce Cost Management
- Partner with Finance on FTE planning, workforce budgeting, and cost projections
- Provide insights into workforce cost structures and efficiency opportunities
- Support business case development for workforce investments and restructuring decisions
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional business leaders and country teams
- Translate business strategy into workforce, capability, and organisational plans
- Provide guidance on workforce implications of business decisions (e.g., expansion, restructuring, productivity improvements)
- Collaborate with COEs and HR teams to drive execution of workforce strategies
Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Influence senior stakeholders to drive workforce and organisational decisions
- Facilitate discussions on personnel cost, capability, and structure
- Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, and business teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Workforce Insights, Organisational Design, and HR Business Partnering
- Proven experience in workforce planning, including FTE forecasting, capability planning, and organisational structure optimisation
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on workforce budgeting, cost modelling, and resource planning
- Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional and cultural boundaries
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, workforce insights, and people analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- High level of data accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in workforce analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of organisational design, matrix effectiveness, and capability deployment
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link workforce decisions to business and financial outcomes
- Strong HR business partnering capability, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
