Assistant Graphic Design Manager

• Lead the direct creation of visual assets to ensure all designs maintain brand integrity and meet high aesthetic standards
• Develop comprehensive materials for project launches including mood boards, concept decks and creative specifications
• Revise sales brochures for accuracy and manage the direct upload of updated files to the Company website or digital portals
• Define and manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met without financial overruns
• Act as the primary liaison for external printers, design agencies and fabricators to guarantee timely and cost-effective production
• Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations and bid evaluations to select the best partners for upcoming projects
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, supervise installations and ensure workmanship aligns with design specifications

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in graphic design or publishing environment
• Expert knowledge of publishing software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
• Multi-media skill (e.g. html5 banner) is preferred
• Able to meet tight schedules and work effectively under pressure
• Strong team player, open-minded, willing to learn and maintain a positive attitude
