Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Assistant General Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing business strategies to drive growth and performance at a divisional level.
  • Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and the achievement of performance standards.
  • Lead budgeting, cost optimization, and financial reporting, directly impacting the division's profitability.
  • Inspire, develop, and manage a dynamic team, with a strong focus on professional development and employee well-being.
  • Define policies, procedures, and performance metrics to elevate departmental standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality, timelines, and budget control.
  • Uphold and drive compliance with legal and safety standards, fostering a secure and ethical work environment.
  • Champion customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement through proactive relationship management.

Requirements

  • Min Degree preferably in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 15 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, responsible for leading and managing the overall performance of the division.
