Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Lead integrated marketing strategies to enhance HKIA's brand visibility, relevance, and affinity locally and globally.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to deliver effective, high-quality campaigns.

2. Brand Stewardship & Brand Centre

  • Serve as the custodian of the HKIA brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
  • Define and evolve HKIA's brand voice in line with its strategic development.
  • Oversee the management and continuous enhancement of the HKIA Brand Centre to deliver a high-quality brand experience.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the branding and marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum12 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in marketing, brand management, corporate communications, public relations and event planning
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of or experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Englishand Chinese, including Putonghua
