Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Lead integrated marketing strategies to enhance HKIA's brand visibility, relevance, and affinity locally and globally.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to deliver effective, high-quality campaigns.
2. Brand Stewardship & Brand Centre
- Serve as the custodian of the HKIA brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
- Define and evolve HKIA's brand voice in line with its strategic development.
- Oversee the management and continuous enhancement of the HKIA Brand Centre to deliver a high-quality brand experience.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the branding and marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or other related disciplines
- Minimum12 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in marketing, brand management, corporate communications, public relations and event planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of or experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Englishand Chinese, including Putonghua
