An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join a stable and growing organisation within the property and investment space. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will oversee group consolidation, financial reporting, and finance operations while leading a finance team and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical accounting with people leadership and business partnering, while contributing to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Your new role

• Lead the group's financial reporting and consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  
  
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on audit, tax, treasury, and property-related finance matters, while providing commercial insights to support business decisions.
  
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and ensuring strong financial governance and controls.
  
• Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, systems, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/CA qualifications preferred.
  
  
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and group consolidation, ideally within the property, real estate, or investment holding sector.
  
  
• Proven people management experience with the ability to coach, develop, and lead a finance team.
  
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Singapore statutory requirements, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
