Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of brand digital advertising campaigns and propose optimized media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LINE, etc.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) backend operations; establish and optimize advertising performance tracking mechanisms, including event design, conversion tracking setup, and data interpretation.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels, and provide optimization recommendations for creatives, target audiences, and advertising strategies.
- Execute official website projects and collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., developing and launching group-buying campaigns, co-branding partnerships, etc.).
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign implementation and optimization (Google Ads, Meta, LINE, etc.).
- Familiar with GA4 data analytics logic and basic tracking tools such as pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion setup.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook / Google Ads, LINE Official Account, and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in KOL / Influencer marketing and performance evaluation.
- Experience in CRM / membership management (e.g., EDM campaigns, user segmentation, remarketing strategies).
- Familiar with CDP / MarTech tools such as Salesforce, Segment, etc.
- Proficient in CPAS operations on e-commerce platforms.
- 3–5+ years of e-commerce official website operation experience, with familiarity with various marketing tools and platform backends.
