Job Description

The applicant must possess
  1. a recognised degree or above in Facility Management, Property Management, Hotel Management or a related discipline. Applicants who possess substantial relevant experience and demonstrated success in facility, property, hospitality, or operational management may be considered in lieu of the stated academic qualification requirements.
  2. a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in facility/property management, hotel operations, large-scale residential complexes or similar environments would be a definite advantage
  3. strong knowledge of accommodation management, including rooms assignment, accommodation management systems, and customer services is preferred
  4. proven people and customer services management experience with strong leadership and accountability
  5. strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  6. able to work independently, exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities
  7. proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing and
  8. good command of written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and English.

Duties include

CIC is looking for a highly talented individual to fill the opening of Construction Sector Imported Labour Quarters (The Quarters).

  1. to manage and monitor the services delivery and administration duties of the Construction Sector Imported Labour Quarters (The Quarters), including reservation/application & check-in/out procedures, inventory management, communication & documentations, hospitality system management, etc.

  2. to assist the implementation of standard operation procedures (SOPs) and workflows to maintain smooth room assignments, high service quality and resident satisfaction, such as protocols for handling residents inquiries, communication and documentation systems, etc.
  3. to support the development and implementation of inventory management practices to optimise the levels of essential supplies and equipment for The Quarters operations, to ensure efficient stock control, minimize wastage, and align with cost-saving initiatives
  4. to collaborate with other function teams to plan and organise event, site visits, programmes or activities for The Quarters and to liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to address concerns, facilitate communication and foster positive relationships
  5. to monitor outsourced contractors performance and to conduct regular quality assurance inspections to assess compliance with SOPs and identify areas for improvement, and implement improvement actions as needed
  6. to implement measures to promote a harmonious living environment and foster a sense of community among residents and to address and resolve resident complaints, concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
  7. to maintain accurate records and documentations for residents accommodation records in the designated accommodation management system and documentations
  8. to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Chairman / Executive Director / Head of Construction Sector Imported Labour Quarters Limited / Facilities & Administration Lead of the CIC's subsidiary from time to time.
