Assistant Duty Manager (Hotel & Serviced Apartment)

Singapore

Salary: S$2,500 - S$2,800 per month (depending on experience)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the hotel and serviced apartment.

Handle guest check-in and check-out.

Manage reservations and booking enquiries.

Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Conduct room inspections before guest arrivals.

Ensure cleanliness of all common areas and guest rooms.

Prepare daily operational reports.

Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.

Handle TTLock access and guest self-check-in.

Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff.

Assist with tenant renewals, handovers and room viewings.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Experience in hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality operations is preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email and WhatsApp).

Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
