Assistant Director (Resourcing, Sponsorship & Scholarship)
(Tengah General and Community Hospital)
As part of the TGCH HR team, you will formulate and drive the HR strategies for the branding, talent acquisition, sponsorship, and scholarship that are aligned with TGCH's core mission. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, partnering closely with key stakeholders to identify the staffing needs and build a sustainable and robust pipeline of talents.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the hospital's nesting plan and broader HR strategic projects.
