We're looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the People Services team within NTU Shared Services, Human Resources. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of core HR services to our employees.
You will guide and mentor a team of 15, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of essential HR services including payroll, onboarding, work pass, benefits & awards administration, learning and development (L&D) support and handling employee queries. Your primary focus will be to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless employee experience. You will serve as the subject matter expert for HR operations in the following areas, providing guidance and support to your team and the wider organization.
