Job Description

Duties of Assistant Condo Manager / Condo Manager:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the condominium, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with HQ portfolio and property management teams to deliver quality service.
  • Plan and supervise maintenance schedules and general property upkeep.
  • Support or lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with council members, residents, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in or manage budgets, financial transactions, and cost control measures.
  • Develop and enforce emergency response and crisis management procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with BMSMA, relevant statutory regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in related field.
  • 2 - 5 years experience of relevant experience
  • Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium.
  • Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
