Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant C&B Manager - APAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full spectrum of C&B strategies aligned with the group's business goals and objectives
- Design and execute competitive rewards programs that comply with statutory requirement across all markets.
- Work closely with both leaders for the development and evaluation of pay and benefits structure
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization
- Prepare and consolidate the necessary reports and presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years practical experience in total rewards management within a corporate environment, preferably with strong regional exposure
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Excellent communications and analytical skills is essential
