Assistant Building Surveyor

• Conduct building condition survey and diagnose building defects
• Manage projects on building maintenance and renovation works
• Handle government mandatory orders and notices related to investment properties
• Co-ordinate with consultants, contractors, property management companies and tenants

• Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Services, Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in building maintenance and renovation work
• Experience in handling mandatory orders and minor works related to buildings is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
