Responsibilities
Handles sales enquiries and develop new market segments
Develop new / existing customers and develop new sales opportunities
Respond to sales enquiries attentively and promptly to secure deals
Establish good relationship with potential / existing customers
Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction
Support the Sales Manager in sales activities to maximize event bookings
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of events
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during events
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and event evaluations
Maintain accurate records of event details and client communications
Prepare BEO accurately and ensure it is distributed to all relevant department
Plan resource effectively with internal departments to deliver excellent service to customers
Be present on the day of the event to establish good guest relations, ensure smooth execution and manage any feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Any other administrative duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
Service oriented with a positive personality and comfortable with interacting with people of all levels.
Outgoing personality, team player, resourceful and meticulous
Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges of a fast-paced environment
