Key Responsibilities
- Generate detailed asset-specific schedules from finalized time-phased production plans.
- Utilize the OMP OPR planning system for production planning and scheduling activities.
- Align production details with business strategies- including financial objectives (cost/cash), run rates, inventory policies, and customer service levels.
- Administer production schedules within the defined planning horizon.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and transparent communication of the schedule across the supply chain.
- Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, customer order issues, and quality concerns by collaborating closely with Master Schedulers, Materials Planners, and order management personnel such as CSR and DRP.
- Communicate changes or deviations in production schedules, supply shifts, and proposed solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support Supply Chain activities for key business and global projects.
- Coordinate secondary processing tasks, including rework and repackaging, of finished products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, comparing actual output to established standards.
- Oversee process orders, ensure timely closure where necessary, and validate that accurate orders maintain system and data integrity.
- Prioritize orders through the OAR process during periods of constraint.
- Act as the primary interface between manufacturing and the supply chain, optimizing plant schedules according to operational capacities.
- Integrate production planning with maintenance scheduling requirements.
- Confirm material availability in alignment with asset schedules.
Qualifications
- Recent university graduates in Supply Chain or a related discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain or a related function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated learning agility, analytical acumen, and sense of ownership.
- Notable capacity for professional growth.
- Language skills and cultural competencies appropriate for a global assignment.
- Clear career aspirations and sound self-awareness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field required.
