Acer Fashion (AFS) is looking for a Business Management Specialist / Manager to support regional and co-own revenue and margin targets across multiple markets.
This role serves as a business partner to regional/national teams, translating targets into actionable plans, identifying performance gaps, and leading cross-functional efforts to ensure target achievement.
The position works closely with regional/national sales teams, product management, marketing, and operations, the role is responsible for aligning resources, removing execution bottlenecks, and ensuring key initiatives are delivered with clear business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional/National Business Ownership & Acceleration
· Co-own revenue and margin targets with regional and national teams, with clear quarterly commitments and gap-closing actions
· Drive accuracy and accountability of sales forecasts; proactively identify gaps vs. target and lead recovery plans
· Evaluate pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and inventory efficiency
· Continuously monitor business performance (sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory) and trigger timely actions to secure target achievement
· Identify high-potential opportunities and underperforming areas, and drive corrective or scaling actions
2. Business Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
· Lead consolidation of sales forecasts with strong validation logic (not just aggregation), ensuring realistic and committed numbers
· Establish clear target vs. actual tracking mechanism, with structured gap analysis and action plans
· Prepare management reports with actionable insights (not only data), highlighting key risks, assumptions, and required decisions
· Analyze revenue, margin, inventory turns, and channel performance to support decision-making and resource allocation
· Support annual and quarterly planning with clear business drivers, assumptions, and execution roadmap
4. Sales Enablement with Revenue Impact
· Develop and refine sales tools, product positioning, and channel strategies that directly support order generation
· Provide market insights, competitor benchmarking, and pricing intelligence to improve win rate
· Support go-to-market execution with clear sell-in and sell-out strategy alignment
· Identify key sales drivers and replicate successful models across regions
5. Strategic & Growth Projects with Measurable Outcomes
· Drive initiatives including new market entry, partner onboarding, and product launches with clear revenue targets and timelines
· Evaluate business cases with ROI and scalability considerations before execution
· Track project outcomes against defined KPIs (revenue, margin, channel expansion, etc.)
· Continuously optimize business processes to improve efficiency, speed, and conversion

Requirements:
Required:
· Minimum 3 years experience in business planning , sales operations, or commercial roles, with direct exposure to revenue target ownership and delivery
· Proven track record of driving measurable business results (ex. revenue growth, margin improvement, forecast accuracy)
· High ownership and performance-driven mindset, proactive in identifying issues, pushing actions, and ensuring results are delivered
· Proficient in both Mandarin and English for professional business communication.
Preferred:
· Experience in wearable tech, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brand industry.
· Experience working with regional/national teams or cross-border operations is a plus
· Has worked in a startup team or a new business unit in a large enterprise and adapted well to ambiguity.
