The Artwork Project Lead acts as a pivotal coordinator for artwork production and deployment across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Taipei, this role bridges the gap between regional project managers, cross-functional internal teams, and external vendors (such as design agencies and printing suppliers). The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of artwork projects within the Artwork Management System, ensure strict KPI compliance, mitigate project risks, and drive continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Deployment
- Regional Collaboration: Support Asia Pacific Buyer Project Managers/Leads to deploy artwork production and align on local delivery timelines and priorities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to gather, unify, and prepare essential artwork assets, including manuscripts, graphics, and design files.
- Meeting Facilitation: Participate actively in local and multi-country project milestones, including kick-offs, alignment meetings, status overviews, and technical syncs with printers.
- Risk & Cost Control: Monitor project schedules, budgets, and costs. Proactively identify risks, escalate roadblocks, and implement timely solutions.

- 区域协同: 配合亚太区采购方项目经理/项目负责人落地美术制作相关工作,协同确定本地项目交付时间及工作优先级。
- 跨部门协调: 协同跨部门团队收集、统一并准备核心美术素材,包括稿件、图文和设计文件等。
- 会议组织与参与: 积极参与本地及多国联动项目的重要节点会议(包括项目启动会、概况同步会、对齐会以及印刷厂技术对接会等)。
- 风险与成本控制: 把控项目进度与成本,提前预判风险,及时向上级反馈并协调解决项目阻碍。
2. Artwork System Lifecycle Management
- System Operations: Launch, manage, and shepherd projects through the Artwork Management System in tandem with the Brand Services Support Team.
- Workflow Administration: Execute project cancellations, routing, re-routing, and rollbacks as required by project shifts.
- Review & Approvals: Brief design teams, assign tasks, track progress, and expedite the approval process for digital proofs and final artwork.
- Feedback Synthesis: Consolidate complex reviewer feedback into clear, actionable instructions for implementation.
- Access Control: Maintain and update the regional approval authorization list.
2. 美术系统生命周期管理 (Artwork System Lifecycle Management)
- 系统运营: 联合品牌服务支持团队,在美术管理系统中发起并统筹管理项目工作。
- 工作流管理: 根据项目变动需求,负责项目的终止、流转、重新流转及回退操作。
- 审核与审批: 完成美术需求交底,分配任务,跟进并推动美术稿及电子打样稿的审核与审批流程。
- 反馈整合: 梳理审核方的复杂批注意见,提炼出清晰且可落地的执行要求。
- 权限控制: 维护并更新区域审批权限清单。
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Relations
- Vendor Management: Liaise with printing suppliers, design agencies, and external vendors to gather technical specifications, digital proofs, and resolve open inquiries.
- Commercial Support: Gather requirements for upcoming local projects and draft comprehensive commercial quotations.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Address ad-hoc artwork requests and cascade system or process notifications to stakeholders.
3. 供应商与利益相关方关系 (Vendor & Stakeholder Relations)
- 供应商管理: 对接印刷厂、设计机构及其他第三方供应商,收集技术规范、电子打样并解决日常咨询与待办事项。
- 商务支持: 收集本地新项目需求,并出具相应的商务项目报价。
- 临时支持: 处理临时的美术相关需求,并向利益相关方传达系统或流程通知。
4. Training & Process Optimization
- Talent Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive induction training on business workflows and the Artwork Management System for new client hires.
- Knowledge Sharing: Organize quarterly review sessions to troubleshoot operational challenges and share best practices.
- Performance & Compliance: Analyze KPI data, drive the implementation of performance targets, and optimize workflows to guarantee strict operational compliance.
4. 培训与流程优化 (Training & Process Optimization)
- 员工入职培训: 为采购方新入职员工开展业务工作流及美术管理系统的全面岗前培训。
- 知识共享: 每季度组织复盘培训,总结实操问题并分享优秀工作经验。
- 绩效与合规: 分析关键绩效指标(KPI)数据,落地 KPI 目标,推进流程持续优化,保障全员严格遵守作业流程。
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Taipei, Taiwan.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency (both written and spoken) in English and Chinese is strictly required to navigate multi-country meetings and regional stakeholder communications.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage timelines, budget costs, and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Technical & System Adaptability: Experience working within digitized Artwork Management Systems or complex workflow databases is highly preferred.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to handle vendor relations, deliver corporate training, and synthesize stakeholder feedback into executable tasks.
