Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Backend Engineer with rich experience in Python backend development, front-end collaboration, containerized deployment, bioinformatics computing and AIGC intelligent platform construction. You will independently undertake end-to-end development, architecture design and delivery of multiple core SaaS platforms serving biotech and enterprise internal creative business, covering multi-scenario systems including omics research, molecular simulation computing, intelligent agent database and enterprise AIGC production tools.

Key Job Responsibilities

1.Enterprise Internal AIGC Platform Construction

Build the company's first internal AIGC creative platform independently based on Python + Flask + Vue2 + MySQL + OpenAI. Develop full set of backend RESTful APIs and PC web front-end pages, realize one-stop generation capability covering copywriting, image creation and short video production. Deliver stable production system to support internal business teams for creative brainstorming, proposal drafting and marketing content generation.

2.Omics Research Platform Full Lifecycle R&D

1. Take full ownership of architecture design, full-stack coding, functional testing and Docker-based deployment for the omics research platform customized for biotech clients. Cover both server-side Python backend logic and Vue/JS front-end interactive framework development, cooperate with biologists to realize standardized data analysis pipeline for multi-omics research.

3.Free Energy Perturbation SaaS Computing Platform Development

Lead architecture design, iterative R&D and cloud deployment of algorithm API service for molecular free energy perturbation SaaS platform. Build distributed task queue via Celery & Redis, manage container orchestration with Docker & K8S, ensure high concurrency and stable scheduling of large-scale biochemical simulation computing tasks.

4.Bio-Intelligent Agent & Intelligence Database System (SciGPT) R&D

Construct underlying data infrastructure for biotech-oriented intelligent agent service platform based on PostgreSQL and Python. Develop domain-specific LLM Agent logic, independent MCP tool service suite and Next.js/Vue front-end interactive portal; support domain knowledge retrieval, bio-data reasoning and intelligent research assistant capability for scientific researchers.

5.Cross-platform Technical Optimization & Standardization

Unify distributed task scheduling, database storage and container deployment specifications across all platforms; optimize API response efficiency, task queue throughput and front-end interactive experience; document technical architecture and deployment standards for iterative maintenance and team inheritance.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry or related majors; 2+ years full-stack backend development experience with Python.
2. Proficient in Python web framework (Flask), skilled in relational database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), familiar with Celery distributed task queue and Redis cache.
3. Solid front-end cooperation capability: able to cooperate with Vue/Vue2/Next.js to complete interface docking, understand basic JS interactive logic.
4. Master Docker containerization and K8s basic deployment operation; have experience delivering SaaS cloud computing platforms.
5. Practical experience integrating LLM / OpenAI API to build AIGC platforms, familiar with Agent, MCP service development is a big plus.
6. Prior development experience in omics analysis, molecular simulation, biotech scientific computing platform is highly preferred.
7. Strong independent delivery ability: capable of completing architecture design, coding, testing and online deployment of complete projects without full-time front-end support.
8. Good communication skill to align requirements with biotech business teams, capable of translating scientific business demands into technical solutions.
