He/ She is responsible for achieving sales-out targets for the assigned area by developing the market & creating new sales opportunities and providing good customer services to maintain good relationships. Support other members of the sales team on ad hoc projects.

Account Management (60%)

  • To ensure the achievement of sales targets in the geographic area through effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Respond diligently and systematically to unsolicited customers requests about Guerbet's products.
  • KOL & Key Account Management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the healthcare arena including medical practitioners and executives of hospitals.
  • Identify KOLs and Key Accounts to create awareness and build relationships.
  • Provide educational support & marketing support to Target End Users of Guerbet's products.
  • Proactively get familiar with all procedures related to our products, understand the whole procedure steps and how our products are applied.
  • Implement & Drive Monthly, Quarterly & Annual plans.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, meaningful, strategic and analytical reports as requested.
  • To ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines regarding products, procedures, operations and customer contact.
  • Participate in relevant industry meetings and conferences as agreed with the manager.
  • Behave as a role model for the organization.
  • Report on a regular basis to the reporting manager using the organization tools which is in place.
  • Help to implement marketing strategies of Guerbet in the defined area of operations.
  • Know key decision-makers, develop rapport, and understand the whole decision-making process
  • Customer visits, conduct presentations, seminarsRoutinely detailed Features & Benefits of all products to all HCPs.
  • Able to identify red flags with accounts, handle objections, identify influencers and know competitors
  • Plan weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual sales activities
  • Execute delegated strategies to develop and grow assigned territories
  • Gather, and analyze all market/ competition data (case number, price, prescription behavior & clinical practice) to form a growth plan and strategy.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct workshops and exhibitions
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with key opinion leaders for sponsorships and educational visits

Customer Relationship Building (30%)

  • Keep close contact with customers
  • Provide clinical papers to customers
  • Constant interactions & conversations

Customer Education (10%)

  • Find out new potential applications of our products.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather market and competitive information.
  • Problem-solving and solution presentations
  • Communicate and consistently update customers on new information

Educations & Experiences

  • Between 5 to 7 years of medical sales experience preferred
  • Minimum Diploma in medical, nursing, business or other relevant disciplines or state registered nurse
  • Pharmaceutical or Medical devise sales experience is an advantage

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
  • Strong sales achievement drive/performance drive
  • Innovative and creative to find new sales channels
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Self-disciplined and motivated
  • Good English skills both in written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with people in a team-oriented, respectful, and efficient manner
