Architectural Coordinator

Job Descriptions

• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
• Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years and above of relevant site experience in building projects
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
• Candidate who possesses good experience and exposure will be considered higher position. Salary will be commeasured according to skill
