Architectural Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in design, design development & tender documentation
• Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients
• Coordinating and liaising with the various consultants and project team
• Assist in administering contracts and on site supervision
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance

Job Requirements:

• Have flair in design
• Proficient in skills in Autocad and Revit Architecture
• Graduated with a recognized Diploma, Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university
• Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience is preferred
• Able to work independently and have motivated personality
• Good technical knowledge and familiar with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc) is an advantage
