We are Delta Solution Office (DSO), a corporate team driving Delta's transformation from a hardware-focused company into a provider of integrated hardware and software solutions.

We work across Business Groups, SW development team, and regional teams to develop and pilot Cross-BG(Business Group) solutions for data centers, energy, and other strategic vertical markets.

【Role Overview】

We are looking for an Application Solution(SW) Manager to drive the execution of Cross-BG software solution projects from defined requirements through pilot deployment.

You will work closely with domain experts, Solution Planners, Solution Architects, BG teams, SW development teams, and site stakeholders to keep complex solution projects moving forward.

This is not a pure software development PM role. Your focus is on cross-functional coordination, requirement alignment, project tracking, site readiness, UAT, and issue resolution to ensure the overall solution works in the real-world environment.

Depending on experience, you may lead application scenarios such as Integrated Data Center, Microgrid for Data Center, Infrastructure or Building Automation.

【Responsibilities】

1. Solution Project Execution

• Drive application projects from scope alignment through pilot and go-live.

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and key deliverables.

• Track progress across BG, SW development team, architects, domain teams, vendors, and site stakeholders.

• Identify risks and blockers early and drive issues toward resolution.

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Serve as the key coordination point between business, domain experts, engineering teams, and development teams.

• Facilitate requirement clarification and ensure all parties have a common understanding of scope and priorities.

• Coordinate design reviews, project meetings, technical discussions, and decision follow-up.

• Manage cross-team dependencies without duplicating the responsibilities of development-team PMs.

3. Application & Site Delivery

• Understand application workflows, system interfaces, and real-world operating scenarios.

• Coordinate site readiness, integration activities, SIT / UAT, pilot validation, and issue tracking.

• Work with domain experts to verify that delivered functions meet operational requirements.

• Capture lessons learned and improve deployment readiness for future sites.

【Qualifications】

Required

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Solution Management, System Integration, Technical PM, or related roles.

• Strong experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to understand software applications, system interfaces, data flows, and technical discussions without being a developer.

• Strong execution, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working with both engineering teams and on-site stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.

【Preferred】

• Experience in Data Centers, DCIM, Microgrid, Grid EMS, Energy Management, BMS, SCADA, or industrial IoT.

• Hands-on experience with site deployment, system integration, commissioning, SIT, or UAT.

• Familiarity with APIs, OT systems, cloud / edge platforms, or industrial communication protocols.

• Experience working across multiple Business Groups, vendors, customers, or regional teams.
