Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Define and update application security policy and guideline
2. Review solution architecture, security risk
3. Communicate to AP team and deliver training or awareness promotion of application security
4. Perform application security review and compliance check
5. Introduce and adopt new solution, skill and tool for application security enhancement
6. Collaborate with IT for application security implementation and problem solving
Job Qualifications:
1. Strong application security domain know-how (> 5 years) and application development experiences (> 5 years)
2. Well understand of application security standards and practices (e.g., OWASP, DevSecOps, SLSA)
3. Capability to conduct security review and threat modeling
4. Capability to define application security policy and guidelines
5. Good communication capability to engage with development team in the defined policy/guidelines
