Job Description
- Day-to-day customer probe system application operation activity with worldwide cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing company.
- Siliconphotanics and others probe system results delivery, customer issue support, and internal escalation summary preparation.
- Support customer engagement and possible demo activity with latest product.
- Co-work with different colleagues to solve customer issue and provide solution to customer.
- Flexibility of supporting Domestic and International business travel.

Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work | Required
