Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with global team to provide technical service and troubleshooting for customers.
- Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers and external partners to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct Laboratory works and perform material analysis/demonstration to address customer requests and project needs.
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales and Marketing teams to engage with key accounts and the value chain, identifying product value propositions and long-term technology trends.
- Coordinate with quality team to meet customer requirements and drive quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material science or related fields.
- Self-motivation, quick learner, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Over 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor industry with knowledge of semiconductor fabrication or advanced packaging processes.
- Expertise in relevant area of technology, such as PI/PBO passivation or photoresist applications.
- Proven experiences in technology or application development.
- Hands-on experiences in laboratory management, lithography equipment, material demonstration and analysis equipment operation.
- Effectively communicate to global organization based on different PCFs needs.
- Fluent in communications with Mandarin and English.
- Ability to travel overseas as required.
