The Role & Responsibilities
- Support new cleaning and slurry formulations development through utilizing 300mm metrology tools to characterize planarization and clean performance
- Align technology trend and establish state-of-the-art characterization methodology for characterizing polish, planarization and clean performance
- Be a primary lead for new recipe development for 300mm metrology tools
- Interface closely with Technical team to provide timely technical support to customer.
- Educate internal stakeholders, including application engineers, formulation scientists and field service engineers, the fundamental physics regarding 300mm metrology tools.
- Support new signal clean tool and process set up in ATC.
Qualifications
- Master's degree; prefer in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering with demonstrated expertise in design and lead of SAP integration.
- Better in chemistry, chemical engineering, material, semiconductor relative education background
- Prefer at least 3-5 years of hands-on business or operational expertise in the SAP environment (master data, setup, configuration elements and troubleshooting).
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skill & team player, strategic thinking and leadership potential.
- Proficiency using Excel, Access database, Office and visualization software for data manipulation and analysis.
- Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking.
- Safety and business ethics - high consciousness is required.
