What You´ll Do
- Support advanced packaging projects through material analysis, application testing, and technical evaluation.
- Establish and optimize application-based test methods to better reflect customer process and application conditions.
- Partner with customers to define CTQs, qualification plans, and material performance targets.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, AE, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate material development and issue resolution.
- Proactively learn market trends and emerging application needs in advanced packaging to support future business growth.
What makes you a good fit
- Educational background in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with material characterization tools such as DSC, TMA, DMA, rheology, SAT, EDX, and FTIR.
- Good analytical, communication, and English skills, with experience in DOE or statistical tools being a plus.
