About Aniah

Founded in Grenoble by engineers who kept meeting the same failure: a design passes DRC, LVS and every simulation the team can afford, then fails in silicon on an electrical rule nobody checked, in the one power state that mattered.

OneCheck reads the transistor-level netlist and the power specification, enumerates every reachable state, and proves where a device is overstressed, floating, leaking, or crossing a domain without a level shifter. No vectors, no sampling, no compute farm.

Nine paid engagements across Europe, the USA and Taiwan. Seven of nine found silicon-bound failures the incumbent flow had missed. 30+ blocks in production silicon. Breakeven, and small on purpose.

The role

One job, two outcomes: close the business, and remove the designer's pain.

Toward closure — own where each account stands and what moves it: first meeting → evaluation → production → expansion; agree the evaluation exit criterion in writing before the first run; get into the official flow with waivers carried across and results the customer can reproduce without you.

Toward the pain — root-cause false clusters into filters or propagation fixes, never waivers that hide them; derive technology setup from the PDK and SPICE models, one tested setup per node; migrate their existing waiver database so our result replaces a step rather than adding one; deploy the agentic review flow and then make yourself unnecessary to the daily run.

The agentic flow you'll deploy — OneCheck runs headless as a local REST worker; a 28-tool MCP bridge lets the agent a team already runs set up the technology, run the analysis, walk the netlist, tag a cluster and write the review, with three shipped skills teaching the method. The model is the customer's; the harness and its guarantees are ours. The agent may only report what the engine proved — it never judges whether a violation is real, and never says clean. A designer signs.

What you need

3+ years in analog or mixed-signal design or verification · you read a schematic at transistor level and can argue about a circuit with the person who drew it · Virtuoso, SPICE, Linux, Python · hands-on with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor on real work · Mandarin and English · the honesty to say I do not know yet in front of a customer, then find out.
