As an APAC Talent Finance & Business Manager in the HR Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team , you will work with the Head of APAC Talent and leadership teams to coordinate resources, support strategic and operational goals, and deliver effective HR solutions. You will help manage reporting, drive transformation initiatives, and support team culture across the region.

This role offers the opportunity to work across 17 countries in APAC, supporting HR and business management priorities. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage financial and operational processes, and contribute to key projects. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of APAC Talent on strategy, controls, people, and financial performance
  • Prepare presentations and materials for senior audiences to communicate strategy, performance, and priorities
  • Collaborate with APAC Talent leadership on planning, business reviews, and key deliverables
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to address business needs and propose solutions
  • Manage financial and headcount reporting, including budget reviews and forecasting
  • Develop reports to help leaders understand performance and risk indicators
  • Support communications and HR engagement activities for APAC Talent
  • Organize logistics for Talent leadership visits to APAC
  • Work with HR Controls to address and manage risks
  • Partner with the global HR F&BM teams to support key business objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to understand and meet stakeholder needs
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create clear and compelling presentations and reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles
  • Experience with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience leading or influencing projects and initiatives
  • Experience in a regional or global HR environment
