About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong APAC SEO Specialist to drive the execution of our organic growth strategy across the APAC region.

This in-house role will translate the global SEO roadmap into actionable initiatives across multiple APAC markets and languages. You will work closely with Web, Content and Regional teams to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions through technical optimisation, content strategy, and scalable SEO initiatives.

You will be responsible for maintaining the health and performance of our APAC websites while identifying opportunities to expand organic reach across priority products and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own APAC SEO Execution: Drive the regional SEO roadmap across diverse APAC markets translate high-level strategy into actionable initiatives across technical, content, and on-page workstreams to balance scalable frameworks with local nuances.
  • Technical SEO Ownership: Lead end-to-end diagnostics and implementation manage crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals. Ensure international excellence through robust hreflang validation, structured data, and XML sitemap management.
  • On-Page & Content Strategy: Develop high-impact keyword clusters and strategic briefs for product and educational pages. Partner with content teams to ensure all localized assets align with search intent, SEO best practices, and regional regulatory compliance.
  • Data Monitoring & Insights: Rigorously track performance via GSC, SEMrush, and analytics platforms. Maintain comprehensive dashboards, identify traffic anomalies, and deliver data-driven recommendations during regular stakeholder updates.
  • Authority & Digital PR: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute link-earning and digital PR campaigns. Ensure all authority-building initiatives are tailored to regional search behavior to strengthen domain equity across priority markets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Support market-level planning and prioritization in direct partnership with the Head of SEO, ensuring localized websites are optimized for both conversion and long-term organic growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in technical and on-page SEO, managing multi-language or multi-regional websites. Experience executing SEO strategies across multiple markets in APAC is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals including structured data and site performance optimisation, with experience collaborating with engineering teams on SEO implementations.
  • Experience building SEO dashboards and monitoring performance across markets, using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret search performance data.
  • Ability to prioritise initiatives based on impact and effort.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and content teams.
  • Exceptional skills with native or professional fluency in English proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is highly advantageous for regional stakeholder collaboration.
