Mills Recruitment is partnering with an established client which is specializing in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of energy storage and power battery solutions to identify and hire a highly experienced professional for the role of Sales Manager, focusing on APAC market expansion and strategic customer development within the data center and lithium battery solutions sector.

About the Role

The Challenge

Join a growing business in the New Energy sector and take the lead in expanding the APAC market for BBU lithium battery products. This is a newly created role focused on driving market growth, strengthening key client partnerships, and supporting business expansion across the region.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with key data centre clients, influence regional sales strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, procurement, and production. Reporting to the US AIDC leadership team, this role offers strong regional exposure and the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and expand the APAC market for BBU lithium battery products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and data centre customers
  • Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and after-sales support activities
  • Carry out market research and sales analysis to support business decisions
  • Develop sales plans and support strategic planning across business functions

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, English, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the BBU lithium battery industry
  • Existing network within data centre customers
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
