【Major Job Responsibilities and Duties】
1. Sales Strategy development: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in APAC.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes to develop new business opportunities for factory automation products and solutions.
3. KA & Channel Management: Devise and execute overall business development plan for the entire market including Key account initiatives, channels and distributor ecosystem.
4. Team Management: Explore innovative business models to sustain fast growth and sales team to deliver sales target.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationship with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
6. Sales Support and Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
【Job Requirement】
1. Major in automation or engineering or business administration, college degree or above
2. 8+ years working experience with managerial roles in sales, marketing or related roles.
3. 15+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation or industrial solution business.
4. Strong leadership with good business acumen, strategy analysis and planning
5. With excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style
6. Long term career focus
7. Business English competency is required
