About Your Next Opportunity

HTC is seeking an APAC Sales and Business Development Specialist to lead sales growth and strategic partner development across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will be responsible for managing existing channel relationships, expanding new business opportunities, and driving revenue across both offline and online sales channels.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in consumer electronics, regional channel sales, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to build lasting partnerships and execute market-specific growth strategies.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners across APAC.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships with mobile network operators (MNOs) in the APAC region.
  • Drive sales performance across both offline and online channels, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels in key markets such as Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team as a business partner to plan and execute channel-specific campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular market insights, including consumer behavior, pricing strategy, and competitive landscape analysis.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience managing both channel sales and direct sales models.
  • Proven experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Solid experience in overseas sales, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Hands-on experience in selling own-brand products (non-OEM/ODM) through channels or directly to end customers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)

  • Experience working with or selling to mobile network operators (carriers) in APAC, especially Japan.
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and distribution ecosystems.
